The Blackstone 28" Griddle with Hood brings flat-top cooking to the backyard with the added convenience of a hood for even heat retention and easier cleanup between batches. Built under Blackstone's Iron Forged sub-brand, it runs on liquid propane with electric ignition, so you get consistent heat without fumbling for a lighter. Two main burners heat a 524 square inch cold rolled steel cooking surface, giving you enough room to run pancakes on one side and eggs and bacon on the other, or scale up for smash burgers and stir-fry for a crowd. A front/side shelf keeps spatulas, oil, and plates within reach while you work the griddle.
