About Product Overview

The Purdy Parrot is built for the jobs where surface finish matters most - smooth doors, cabinets, trim, and drywall where you don't want texture from the roller showing through. Its 1/4" mohair blend nap lays down a thin, even coat and resists shedding, so you're not picking fibers out of wet paint. Works with both latex and oil-based paints and primers, making it a solid choice whether you're switching between water- and oil-based products on the same project.
