About Product Overview

It's a one-piece steel tool from end to end, with a 69-inch long handle that lets you work standing up instead of hunching over a hole, and an overall length of 72 inches for real reach and leverage. The tamping end gives you the downward force to compact backfill around a post so it doesn't shift or lean later, while the coated blade resists rust from wet soil and weather over repeated use.
