About Product Overview

Milwaukee built this M12 planer for the trim carpenter or door hanger who needs to shave down material without hauling out a corded tool or firing up a compressor. Running on the M12 platform, it puts real planer power in a body that weighs 3.5 lbs on its own, so one-handed trimming and overhead work don't wear you out.

The brushless motor spins the 2-blade cutter head up to 14,500 RPM, giving you a clean, consistent finish on doors, jambs, and trim stock. A 2.2-inch planing width and depth of cut up to 5/64 in. handle everything from quick fit adjustments to more aggressive material removal, and the depth adjustment dial lets you dial that in on the fly. Sold as a tool only, so it's a straightforward add for anyone already on the M12 battery system.
