The 1-1/2" length and hefty 9-gauge diameter give you the shear strength connector nailing calls for, while the hot-dip galvanized finish stands up to the moisture and treated lumber common in deck and outdoor framing work. The 33-degree paper strip collation runs in standard paper-collated framing nailers, so you can move fast through hanger installs without hand-nailing each one. A diamond point and smooth shank help the nail set cleanly without splitting connector flanges, and the round head gives full, even contact against the hardware.
