About Product Overview

All American has been building pressure canners since 1930, and the 921RD carries that legacy forward in solid cast aluminum construction. This is a serious canner for anyone putting up real volume from the garden or a bulk meat and produce buy - the 21.5 quart capacity gives you room to process multiple jars in a single batch instead of running load after load. Cast aluminum heats evenly and holds up to years of seasonal use, which is why these canners tend to get passed down rather than replaced. The 12" diameter body in red is made in the USA, so parts and support stay domestic if you ever need them. Hand wash only - skip the dishwasher and this canner will keep working for a long time.
