About Product Overview

The M18 7-1/4" circular saw is built around a brushless motor, which means more runtime per charge and a longer life on the tool since there are no brushes to wear down. Right-blade orientation gives you a clear sightline down your cutting mark, and the spindle lock makes single-wrench blade changes fast when you're swapping out a blade on the job. An electric brake stops the blade quickly after the trigger releases, which matters on a busy site where you're setting the saw down between cuts.

At 2-1/2" of cutting depth at 90 degrees and 1-7/8" at a 45-degree bevel (with bevel capacity up to 50 degrees), this saw handles framing lumber, sheet goods, and angled cuts without switching tools. Running on Milwaukee's M18 platform keeps it compatible with the batteries you likely already own if you're in that ecosystem.
