About Product Overview

LEM's mahogany fibrous casing gives homemade sausage and meat snacks that classic deep-red color and snap you get from stuffed links at the butcher counter. Each casing measures 2.5 x 20 inches, sized right for summer sausage, snack sticks, and similar smoked meats.
