About Product Overview

This galvanized steel nipple connects two 3-inch MIP threaded fittings with 6 inches of pipe between them, giving you a solid, corrosion-resistant link for plumbing and heating runs. The galvanized finish stands up to moisture and outdoor exposure better than bare steel, and the lead-free construction makes it suitable for potable water lines. Rated for 200 PSI and up to 400°F, it handles typical residential and light commercial plumbing and heating jobs.
