About Product Overview

When the power goes out during a storm, your primary sump pump goes silent too - that's exactly when the Basement Sentry 1200GPH steps in. Running on 12-volt battery power instead of household current, this submersible backup pump keeps working through outages, giving your basement a second line of defense when it matters most. The vertical float switch triggers it automatically once water rises, no manual intervention needed.

Built with a thermoplastic housing for corrosion resistance and a bottom suction intake for efficient pickup, it moves up to 1200 gallons per hour and can push water up to 10 feet of head. It draws just 1 amp, so it's easy on battery reserves during extended outages.
