About Product Overview

The WAYNE HALO 50 is a 1/2 HP submersible sump pump built with a stainless steel housing for long-term durability in a wet basement or crawlspace environment. It's part of Wayne's Basement Guardian line, designed to move water reliably and protect your foundation from flooding.

An electronic switch handles the on/off cycling automatically, kicking on at a 9-inch water level and shutting off at 4 inches, so there's no float arm to get stuck or hung up in a tight pit. Top suction intake helps keep debris out of the pump mechanism, and the unit is rated to handle water up to 120°F, making it suitable for a range of household drainage jobs, not just cold groundwater.

With a maximum discharge flow of 91.5 GPH and up to 20 feet of head, the HALO 50 can push water up and out through a standard discharge line. Backed by a 5-year warranty and CSA compliance, it's a pump meant to be installed once and left to do its job.
