About Product Overview

The Porter Cable Pancake Compressor packs a 6 gallon cast iron tank into the low, stable pancake footprint that's become the standard for trim carpenters and DIYers who need air on demand without hauling around a full-size unit. The oil-free pump means no maintenance schedule to track and no oil to spill when you're moving it between the truck and the jobsite.

At 150 PSI max pressure and 2.6 SCFM at 90 PSI, it's built for finish nailers, staplers, and brad guns rather than continuous-duty tools, and the 0.8 HP motor draws 10 amps off a standard 120V outlet. A built-in handle and 36 lb weight keep it easy to carry from room to room or job to job, and the tank-mounted pressure gauge lets you dial in your air without guesswork.
