About Product Overview

This is 500 feet of 8 AWG stranded copper THHN wire from Southwire, spooled up and ready for grounding and general circuit work where a green conductor is called for. The nylon jacket resists nicks during pulls, and the 90°C temperature rating with 600-volt insulation gives it the headroom for demanding indoor branch circuits and equipment hookups. Stranded copper pulls easier through conduit than solid wire, which matters on a run this long.
