About Product Overview

Every water heater needs a way to release excess pressure and heat before it becomes a hazard, and that's exactly what this SharkBite temperature and pressure relief valve does. Sized for 3/4" connections, it's built from lead-free brass and rated to open at 150 psi or 210°F, whichever comes first, protecting the tank from dangerous buildup. It's a non-adjustable, set-and-forget valve made for domestic water heater installations.
