About Product Overview

AMES Roof Coat with Maximum Stretch technology is an acrylic elastomeric coating built to seal roofs while reflecting heat with its bright white, solid finish. The elastomeric formula flexes with your roof through temperature swings and settling, helping resist the cracking that stiffer coatings can develop over time. It's water based with a low VOC formula, so it's a practical choice for both DIY roof maintenance and professional jobs where reduced fumes matter.
