About Product Overview

Grinding your own meat means you control exactly what goes into it - no fillers, no mystery trim, and the right fat-to-meat ratio every time. The Cuisinart MG-100 runs on a 300-watt motor and handles the job with two metal blades and three grinding capacity settings, so you can go from coarse chili grind to a finer burger blend without switching machines.

The reversible feature is a real time-saver: if the auger jams on a stray bit of gristle or bone, you can back it out instead of taking the whole head apart.
