This DANCO faucet stem replaces the worn hot-side stem in Sayco faucets, using the 1B-1H stem finder ID to make sure you get the right part before you start the repair. It's built from brass, so it stands up to the constant water contact and turning that wears out a stem over time. A dripping or hard-to-turn faucet handle usually points right back to a stem like this one.
