This Gator floor sanding sheet is built for the big floor sander, not the palm sander in your junk drawer—18 x 12 inches of silicon carbide abrasive rated at 80 grit for medium-duty stock removal on wood floors before you move up to a finer grit. Silicon carbide holds up under the heat and friction of floor sanding better than cheaper aluminum oxide sheets, and it's made for dry use across multiple surface types.
