About Product Overview

This Lodge cast iron press is built for one job: keeping bacon flat while it cooks, so you get even color and crisp edges instead of curled-up strips. The same weight works for smashing burgers thin on the griddle or holding a grilled cheese down so the bread toasts evenly.
