This Lutron Diva fan control swaps in for a standard rocker switch to give you dedicated speed control over a ceiling fan, no separate remote or pull chain needed. It's built for single-pole setups where one switch runs one fan, and the rocker design matches the clean look of Lutron's Diva line.
