About Product Overview

This Masterbuilt vertical electric smoker runs on wood chips, so you get real smoke flavor without babysitting charcoal or propane. Set it and check the built-in heat thermometer instead of guessing — the electric element holds temperature up to 275°F, which is plenty for slow-cooking ribs, brisket, poultry, or fish.

Inside, three chrome-plated steel racks give you 535 square inches of cooking space, enough to handle a full rack of ribs alongside a chicken or two without crowding. The steel housing is built to stay outside through cookouts season after season, and CSA certification means it's been tested for safe electrical operation. It stays put where you set it up — no wheels, no folding — so plan for a permanent spot on the patio or deck. Assembly is required out of the box, and Masterbuilt backs it with a 1-year warranty.
