About Product Overview

The Melnor Digital Water Timer manages two separate zones from one unit, so you can run different watering schedules for a garden bed and a lawn area without moving a single hose. Each zone gets up to three programs, giving you the flexibility to set different run times and frequencies depending on what's growing where.

An automatic rain delay feature lets the timer skip a cycle when nature's already done the watering, which saves water and keeps your plants from getting waterlogged. The digital display makes programming straightforward, and the black/gray housing is built to sit outside where your hose bib lives. Note that this unit runs without battery backup, so programs may need to be reset if it loses power.
