Minwax's Whitewash Color Wash stain gives bare or previously finished wood a soft, transparent white tint that lets the grain show through instead of hiding it. It's water-based for easy cleanup and goes on with a synthetic brush, foam brush, or rag, making it a good fit for furniture, cabinets, and other indoor wood projects where you want a weathered or farmhouse look rather than solid paint coverage.
