About Product Overview

This Selkirk 6" ceiling support kit is the component that carries the weight of your Class A chimney system at the point where the pipe passes through the ceiling. It's built to handle serious heat, rated to a maximum continuous temperature of 1800°F and a maximum of 2100°F, so it holds up under sustained wood stove or fireplace use without breaking down.

The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and rust over years of service, and the insulated design keeps surrounding materials safe from heat transfer as the pipe runs through your ceiling. Being adjustable, it's easier to fit into the specific framing conditions of your installation rather than forcing you to work around a fixed configuration.
