About Product Overview

Tapcon's 1/2 x 5" concrete screw is built for heavy-duty anchoring into concrete, brick, and block. The high/low thread design bites into masonry without a separate anchor, and the self-tapping tip means less prep work at the job site. Steel construction with a Blue Perma-Seal finish stands up to indoor and outdoor use, so these work as well on a patio ledger board as they do in a basement wall.
