The bag's wide-open top stays upright and stays open on its own, so you're not digging blind or fighting a floppy mouth every time you reach in for a fastener or a driver. With 38 total pockets split between 8 inside and 4 outside, there's a dedicated spot for hand tools, hardware, and the small stuff that usually ends up loose in the bottom of a bag.
