About Product Overview

Varathane's Ultimate Polyurethane in Gloss gives wood furniture, trim, and cabinetry a clear, oil-based finish that seals and protects while showing off the grain underneath. This 0.5 pint can covers about 15 square feet, making it a good fit for smaller indoor projects like a tabletop, a set of shelves, or a few chairs rather than whole-room floor jobs. It's brush-applied, recoats in as little as 4 hours, and reaches full cure in 72 hours, so you can plan a project around it without a long wait for hardware or use.
