About Product Overview

Wayne's WaterBug earns its name where standing water shows up uninvited - flat roofs, window wells, low spots in the yard, or a stubborn puddle left behind after the sump pump does its main job. At 1/6 HP and moving up to 1350 gallons per hour, it's built to knock out shallow water fast, and its bottom intake lets it pull water down close to flush, so you're not left bailing the last inch by hand.

The manual, switchless design means you control exactly when it runs - handy for jobs where an automatic float switch would just get in the way. Corrosion-resistant thermoplastic housing holds up to repeated wet-dry cycles, and it's self-priming, so you can get water moving without a lot of fuss. A 3/4 inch discharge fitting and 120V/15 amp draw make it easy to set up with a garden hose and a standard outlet.

Performance drops off as lift increases - still moving 600 GPH at 20 feet of head - so it's worth matching expectations to your setup. UL compliant and made in the USA.
