About Product Overview

Zinsser Smart Prime is a water-based primer built to block stains and give you a solid, even base before topcoat goes on. It's rated for indoor and outdoor use on all surfaces, so it works whether you're prepping a bedroom wall or an exterior trim board. Low VOC and a quick one-hour recoat time mean less waiting and less odor in the room while you work.
