About Product Overview

Rated to handle incoming pressure up to 300 psi and knock it down to a safer working level, this 1" bronze-body valve protects pipes, valves, water heaters, and appliances from the wear and leaks that high pressure causes over time.

The dual connection setup - a 1" female copper sweat union on one end and FNPT threading on the other - gives installers flexibility when tying into existing copper or threaded pipe runs.
