About Product Overview

This 12" turbine vent from Air Vent uses nothing but wind to pull hot, stale air out of your attic - no electricity, no wiring, no ongoing cost. As outside air moves across the turbine head, it spins and creates a continuous draw that vents heat and moisture out through the roof, which helps protect shingles and insulation and can ease the load on your air conditioning during warmer months.

Built from aluminum in a mill finish, it's made to handle the outdoors without adding upkeep to your list. The interior louver helps manage airflow and keep weather out, and with a net free area of 95 square inches, it moves a meaningful volume of air for a vent of this size. It's rated for roof pitches from 3/12 to 12/12, so it fits most standard residential rooflines.
