About Product Overview

KILZ Original oil-based primer is built for stubborn stains and odors that regular paint won't cover - smoke, water marks, pet stains, and more. The alkyd formula seals surfaces and gives you a solid, uniform base coat before you paint, and it's tintable so your topcoat covers in fewer passes. Apply it by brush, roller, or sprayer on just about any interior surface, and you're ready to recoat in as little as an hour.
