This Reliance tankless water heater runs on natural gas and delivers 199,000 BTUs, which puts it in the range built for households that run out of hot water with a tank-style unit - back-to-back showers, laundry, and the dishwasher all going at once without waiting for a recovery cycle. Because it heats water on demand instead of storing it, there's no standby tank losing heat, which is part of why it carries Energy Star certification.

The low NOx burner keeps emissions down, useful where local codes require it, and the unit is CSA listed for both performance and safety. It's built for residential use, ties into a 3/4" water connection at the bottom, and vents through a 2" or 3" diameter vent depending on your setup.
