About Product Overview

Forney's E6011 electrode is the one welders reach for when they need to work through rust, mill scale, or dirty metal without stopping to clean up first. This 5/32" diameter stick runs on AC/DC current and is built for a deep-penetrating, forceful arc that gets through less-than-perfect surfaces where cleaner electrodes struggle.

Made from mild steel with an 88,000 psi tensile strength, it's suited to general fabrication, repair, and maintenance work on carbon steel where a strong, dependable weld matters more than a pretty bead. Amperage range runs 35-125, giving you room to dial in the arc for different material thicknesses and joint setups.

Each 5/32" rod measures 15 inches long and ships boxed for easy storage in the shop or on the truck. Made in the USA.
