About Product Overview

Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane is built for wood surfaces that take a beating from sun and weather, whether that's an outdoor bench or an indoor tabletop that sees a lot of light. This water-based formula goes on clear with a warm gloss sheen and holds up thanks to UV-resistant protection, so color and finish stay put instead of fading out. Apply it by brush, plan on roughly 125 square feet of coverage per gallon, and give it four hours before a recoat.
