This 3M Fire Barrier sealant is built for sealing gaps and penetrations where fire-stopping matters, using an intumescent formula that expands under heat to block flame and smoke spread. It stays permanently flexible after curing, so it holds up around joints and penetrations that shift over time instead of cracking.
Rated for indoor and outdoor use, it resists moisture and mildew, and it's paintable if you need it to blend in once it's dry. Cleanup is simple with just water, and it comes in a 10.1 oz cartridge sized for standard caulk guns.
