About Product Overview

This is 100-foot bulk roll of 4-inch corrugated drain pipe from Advanced Drainage Systems, wrapped in a filter sock to keep soil and fine sediment out of the perforations. It's built for French drains, foundation footing drains, and yard drainage runs where you need to move groundwater away without the trench silting up the pipe over time.

The corrugated polyethylene wall gives it flexibility for snaking around obstacles and following grade changes without a mess of fittings, and the slotted design lets water in along the full run instead of just at the ends. The sock wrap is the detail that matters most here - bare slotted pipe tends to clog with fine dirt within a season or two, especially in clay-heavy or sandy soils, while the fabric sleeve keeps it flowing for the long haul.
