About Product Overview

This undereave vent from Air Vent lets soffit areas breathe, pulling fresh air into the attic to help balance temperature and moisture year-round. Built from aluminum with a mill finish, it's sized to fit standard 16x4" openings and comes with an interior louver and screen already in place, so there's no scrounging for extra parts before installation. Each vent offers 28 square inches of net free area and is rated to cover up to 4032 square inches of attic space, making it a practical piece for new soffit work or replacing a vent that's rusted or cracked out.
