About Product Overview

All American has been building pressure canners since 1930, and this 12-inch model is cast aluminum from top to bottom, not sheet metal, so it holds heat evenly and stands up to season after season of canning. The black finish covers a canner sized to handle real batches of produce, meat, or stock, with 21.5 quarts of capacity to work through a harvest without constant reloading.
