APOC's Roof and Foundation Coating is an asphalt-based, fiber-reinforced sealer built for jobs where you need real protection against water intrusion, not a thin cosmetic layer. The fiber reinforcement helps it bridge small cracks and hold up over time, and at 250 square feet of coverage per 5-gallon pail, it's sized for foundation walls, roof patches, and other maintenance jobs around the property.
