About Product Overview

This Apollo PEX pipe comes coiled in a 300-foot length, giving plumbers and remodelers enough continuous run to snake through walls and floor joists without a coupling every few feet. The 1/2-inch red tubing is built for Apollo's Expansion PEX system, which uses push-to-connect style expansion fittings rather than crimp rings, so joints go together without a crimping tool. Rated for 180°F at up to 160 PSI, it handles hot water supply lines in residential and light commercial plumbing, and the red color makes it easy to tell hot from cold runs at a glance. It's IAPMO certified and NSF listed, meeting the standards inspectors look for on rough-in. Made in the USA, it's a solid choice for anyone re-piping a house or running new hot water branches.
