About Product Overview

This Armacell Tundra foam pipe insulation covers 1-1/2 inch pipe in 6-foot lengths, giving you an R-value of 2.7 to cut heat loss on hot water lines or stop condensation from forming on cold ones. The polyethylene foam stays flexible for easy handling around fittings and turns, and the semi-slit design lets you open it up and slide it right over the pipe without pulling anything apart. It holds up across a wide temperature range, from deep freeze to 200 degrees, so it works equally well on refrigeration lines and hot water heating runs.
