MasterSeal 583 from BASF is a cement-based waterproof coating built for masonry surfaces that need to stay dry, indoors or out. Brush it on in white, and it covers up to 300 square feet per 35 lb container. It's UV resistant so sun exposure won't break it down over time, and with zero VOCs it's a solid choice for enclosed spaces where fumes are a concern.
