This #57 brass orifice from Bayou Classic is a replacement part for gas burners and outdoor cookers, controlling the flow of propane to the flame. Brass construction holds up to repeated heat cycles better than cheaper stamped metal, and the 3/8" valve inlet diameter matches common Bayou Classic fryer and burner setups. It comes carded, one orifice per package, so you can swap out a worn or clogged part without buying a whole new valve assembly.
