About Product Overview

This Blackstone tabletop griddle brings full griddle cooking to places a full-size unit can't go — tailgates, campsites, apartment patios, or the back of a truck. The cold rolled steel cooking surface spans 168 square inches, run by two main burners putting out 7,200 BTUs total, with a sear zone and side burner setup that lets you handle different foods at different heat levels at the same time.

A stainless steel housing keeps it looking sharp and standing up to outdoor use, while piezo ignition means no lighter or matches needed to get cooking. It runs on liquid propane, so it pairs with a standard small propane tank for grab-and-go setups. There's no front or side shelf and no temperature gauge, keeping the unit compact and light at 29 pounds — easy to carry, easy to store, and it arrives with no assembly required.
