About Product Overview

The Blackstone Griddle Scissor Leg 22" is built for cooks who want real griddle cooking without hauling around a full-size rig. The scissor-leg design folds the base in and out in seconds, so you can set up for a weekend cookout or fold it flat for the garage in about the same amount of time. Two 10,000 BTU burners heat the 360 square inch cold rolled steel griddle surface, giving you enough room for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and stir-fry without crowding the pan. Piezo ignition means no lighter fumbling at the tailgate or campsite, and the front/side shelf gives you a spot to stage plates, spatulas, and seasoning while you cook.
