About Product Overview

The Bostitch Headless Pinner Kit uses 23 gauge headless pins to hold delicate trim, small moldings, and picture frame work without leaving a visible nail head to fill. Because there's no head, the pin sinks nearly invisibly into the wood, which makes this the right tool for finish work where a standard finish nailer would split thin stock or leave a hole that needs puttying.

It's a side-load design with a 135-pin magazine, so you're not stopping every few minutes to reload on a long run of trim. The glue collation keeps fasteners feeding straight, and the tool handles pins from 5/8 inch up to 2 inches, giving you range for anything from cabinet trim to light molding. Operating pressure runs 70 to 120 PSI, matching what most home shop compressors already put out.

Go ahead. Check.

You're going to open the other tab. Everybody does. We'd rather say so than pretend otherwise — so open it. We'll wait.

When you're over there, check four things before you click buy.

01

Who's actually selling it

The brand name is on the listing. A different company is in the seller field. Those aren't the same thing, and the second one is who you're buying from.

02

Whether the warranty survives

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Bostitch. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.

03

Where the box came from

Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.

04

Who you call when it breaks

Ours is a phone number with a person behind it who has held this product. M–F, 6 AM – 5 PM Pacific. (866) 469-8556

We're not always the cheapest.

Sometimes you'll find it for less. Sometimes you'll find it for more. On a lot of brands the number is identical everywhere it's sold legitimately — the manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price and every authorized dealer holds it. When a price sits well under that, it's worth asking why before it's worth celebrating.

Every order helps keep your local hardware store on the corner.

Why we built NHG
You might find it for less locally. Independent retailers often offer competitive pricing — some products are even cheaper in-store than online.
Real expert advice — not search results. Independent hardware staff know their inventory and the local conditions you're working in.
Keep the neighborhood working. Every dollar spent at an independent retailer returns roughly 3x more to your local economy than at a national chain.
