About Product Overview

This Brinks privacy knob locks from the inside for bedrooms and bathrooms, with a push-button mechanism that lets anyone open it from the outside in an emergency. The Barrett style comes in a satin nickel finish that fits with most door hardware, and the zinc construction backs up an ANSI Grade 2 residential security rating. It works on doors from 1.375 to 1.75 inches thick and installs on either left or right handed doors, so it fits most standard interior doors.
