This Bussmann FRN-R-30 is a 30-amp time delay fuse built for circuits with motor loads, like air conditioners, pumps, and other equipment that draws a heavy startup surge before settling into normal running current. The time delay design lets that inrush pass without blowing the fuse, while still protecting against sustained overloads and short circuits.
The cartridge body uses a fiberglass tube with ferrule endcaps for a secure fit in standard fuse holders rated for this class. It's UL listed and rated for 250 volts, sold individually.
