About Product Overview

The Cadet Com-Pak wall heater delivers 6,825 BTU of fan-forced heat to rooms up to 250 square feet, making it a solid pick for bathrooms, bonus rooms, or any space that needs a dedicated heat source beyond your main system. At 2000 watts on a 240-volt circuit, it pulls double duty as either a primary heater for smaller rooms or backup warmth for larger ones.

A built-in thermostat lets you dial in the temperature and hold it there, while the automatic delay shutoff adds a layer of safety without any extra work on your part. The compact housing tucks into the wall for a low-profile install, and the white finish blends into most rooms without standing out.

  • Heat output: 6,825 BTU / 2,000 watts
  • Electrical: 240 volts, 8.3 amps
  • Heating area: up to 250 sq. ft.
  • Fan-forced heat with built-in thermostat
  • Automatic delay shutoff for added safety
  • UL listed; made in the USA

Go ahead. Check.

You're going to open the other tab. Everybody does. We'd rather say so than pretend otherwise — so open it. We'll wait.

When you're over there, check four things before you click buy.

01

Who's actually selling it

The brand name is on the listing. A different company is in the seller field. Those aren't the same thing, and the second one is who you're buying from.

02

Whether the warranty survives

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Cadet. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.

03

Where the box came from

Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.

04

Who you call when it breaks

Ours is a phone number with a person behind it who has held this product. M–F, 6 AM – 5 PM Pacific. (866) 469-8556

We're not always the cheapest.

Sometimes you'll find it for less. Sometimes you'll find it for more. On a lot of brands the number is identical everywhere it's sold legitimately — the manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price and every authorized dealer holds it. When a price sits well under that, it's worth asking why before it's worth celebrating.

Every order helps keep your local hardware store on the corner.

Why we built NHG
You might find it for less locally. Independent retailers often offer competitive pricing — some products are even cheaper in-store than online.
Real expert advice — not search results. Independent hardware staff know their inventory and the local conditions you're working in.
Keep the neighborhood working. Every dollar spent at an independent retailer returns roughly 3x more to your local economy than at a national chain.
